Dale Roberts

Dale LeRoy Roberts, 52, of Brainerd, died unexpectedly at home Saturday, February 9, 2013. A Celebration of Dale's life will be held at 11:30 AM, Wednesday, February 13, 2013 at the Brenny Funeral Chapel in Baxter. Family and friends are invited to gather one hour prior to services.

Dale was born July 1, 1960, in Brainerd, MN, the son of Donald D. and Joan (Thompson) Roberts. Following high school, he continued his education for six more years. He served in the US Marine Corps from 1977 until 1980. In 1983, he was united in marriage to Dorothy DeBord at Ossippe, MN. He worked at Potlatch for 14 years before becoming the Resident Property Manager at Meadow View Manor Mobile Home Park in Brainerd.

He will be missed by his wife, Dorothy "Dottie" Roberts; parents, Donald and Joan Roberts, of Randall; children Walter Lee Hecimovich, of Brainerd, Tessa (Jason Davis) Roberts, of Brainerd, Holly (Luke) Roach, of Brainerd, and Laura (Dave Stapleton) Roberts, of Brainerd; siblings, Lynda (Bo) Ernst, of Mankato, Stephanie (Ardy) Ashrafi, of Woodbury, and Randy (Sue) Roberts, of Backus; and nine grandchildren, Cody, Cole, Chance, Raven, David, Caine, Autumn, Lyric, and Aana Lei.
