Charles LeMieux

Charles A. “Charlie” Lemieux, age 76, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, September 25, 2018. His memorial service will be on Saturday, October 6 at 11 a.m. at Immaculate Heart Catholic Church in Crosslake. Immediately following Mass, Charlie's family would like to invite you to his and Donna's home (29953 Oriole Circle, Breezy Point, MN 56472) for a reception and celebration honoring Charlie.
Preceded in death by parents Alfred James and Francis and youngest son Charles A. Lemieux, Jr. Survived by fiancée Donna Winge, eldest son Alfred James (Sam), second-born son Jeffrey Charles (wife Angela) and grandchildren Nicholas, Madeline, Sarah, Lauren and Alexander, sister Suzanne (Susie). His family also included stepson Sean Winge (wife Bobbi) and step-grandchildren Kylee and Blake.
Charlie was a former owner of Rubble Stone Co., founded by his father and uncle and then expanded into the tile industry in 1965, when it became Rubble Stone and Tile. He was also a founder of Lexco Tile & Supply in Milwaukee, WI. After Rubble Stone and Tile moved to Minnetonka, MN he was also an agent for Italian tile factories and represented 14 midwestern states. He was well-known and respected as an icon throughout the tile and stone industry. His passions were boating and new cars. Memorials are preferred to either the Wounded Warrior Project (woundedwarriorproject.org) or Paralyzed Veterans of America (Pva.org).
