Celebration of Life at the Randall VFW, Tuesday, October 22nd at 3, services at 5 with a meal to follow. Chaplain Connie Friebohl will officiate.

Survived by wife Deb Kestner, daughter Amanda Gilder, grandsons Brady and Sam Gilder. Siblings Jim and Wendy Kestner of Randall, Mn, Albert and Diann Kestner of Cushing, Mn, Joe and Becca Kestner of Elephant Butte, New Mexico, Joan and Marty Miller of St. Michael, Mn. Many nieces and nephews. In-laws Norby and Sherry Bollig of Little Falls, Dan and Peggy Bollig of Lake Mills, WI, Carol Boyce of LF, Dale Bollig of LF, Russell and Frankie Bollig of LF, Darrell and Brenda Bollig of Garrison, Mn, Paul Michael Bollig of LF

Preceded in death by parents, infant brother Gary, and first wife Barb in 1999

Chuck attended Randall school and graduated from Little Falls High School in 1974

Chuck served in the Minnesota Army National Guard for eight years.

He also farmed for many years. He worked at Camp Ripley for 44 years retiring as Carpenter Supervisor. He and his wife Deb retired on the same day January 7th 2022

Chuck married the love of his life Deb Zimmerman on June 21st, 2003

Chuck loved to deer hunt, planting food plots for the wildlife and he enjoyed watching the wildlife. Riding “Henry” the side by side. Making urns to donate to local veterans. Helping out family, neighbors and friends. His happy place was driving his Massey Ferguson tractor.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the Brenny Family Funeral Chapel, Randall.
