Charlene Gustafson

Charlene E. Gustafson-Gunter, 67, of Duluth, MN passed away peacefully on January 5, 2023 at Essentia Health-St. Joseph’s Medical Center in Brainerd. A memorial service is pending at this time.

Charlene was born to Robert and Delores (Wenneson) Gunter on June 26, 1955 in Los Angeles, California. She grew up on Lake Superior. Charlene was a very outgoing person who loved family, and enjoyed fishing, camping and downhill skiing.

She is survived by her son Derek and daughter in-law Monica Gustafson, granddaughters Bayleigh Sotona and Rylee Warner, grandsons Drew and Gavin Sotona, and great granddaughter Lillian Sotona, and her sisters Debra Anderson and Sandy Wrazidlo.

Charlene is preceded in death by her mother Delores Bloomer, her father Robert Gunter, sister Tammy Bloomer, and her twin brother Robert Gunter.

My big sister I will always remember and love you forever!! I think of you each and every day!! Going to miss your beautiful face!! You're one of a kind!! Life won't be the same without you!! I promise to hold you close to my heart ❤️!
