Chad Michael James Casper died suddenly on November 22 in Denver, Colo. Chad is survived by his wife Amber Lind Casper and two children, Hunter Robert and Katlyn Eileen; his mother, Tara Esser Casper and sister, Brooke Casper Grazzini and husband Nick; his maternal grandmother, Eileen Esser, and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Robert Esser, with whom he shared a very close and special bond.
Chad was born in Grand Rapids, MN on Feb. 1, 1984 and attended area schools. He graduated from Northland Technical College with a diploma in carpentry. He was employed by Colorado Pure Distillery in Denver, Colorado by his friend and mentor, Pat Karnes. Chad always felt most comfortable in nature and loved hunting and fishing in northern Minnesota. He was working hard to build a life for his family in the mountains of Colorado and pass his affection for the outdoors on to his children.

Visitation will begin at 10 a.m. followed by a service at 11 a.m. at the Brenny Funeral Home in Baxter, MN on Tues., Dec.1. Memorials are preferred to his children.
