Catherine Risnes

Catherine Marie "Cathie" (Sullivan) Risnes, age 67, formerly of Brooklyn Center passed away Monday, June 25, 2018. She was a graduate of Osseo High School in 1969. Cathie lived in Maple Grove until retiring in 2008 to Brainerd. Cathie did volunteer work with the local Toys for Kids charity and was a member of the Eagles club. Cathie enjoyed friends, family and cross-stitching.

Preceded in death by her parents, Jerome and Deloris Sullivan. She is survived by her husband of 47 years, Gerald; brother, Mike Sullivan; sister, Nancy Stelzner; and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 12:00 p.m., Sunday, July 8, 2018 at Brenny Funeral Chapel (7348 Excelsior Road, Baxter, Minn).
