Brian Krause

Brian Krause, age 41, of Browerville, MN passed away on Tuesday, June 10, 2014 at his home. Services for Brian will be held on Saturday, June 14, 2014 at 2:00 PM with Reverend David Greaver officiating and visitation one hour prior to services at Brenny Funeral Chapel in Staples, MN.

Brian was born on October 29, 1972 in Golden Valley, MN to Larry and Jean (Lucht) Krause. Brian worked in Auto Mechanics, Small Engines, IT and various other aspects of working with his hands. A true jack of all trades, who made sure what he did was not only safe, but would last as long as possible. Brian also loved to travel, having trekked across most of the US, and finally settling down in Browerville, to care for his mom, so she may stay home for a while longer. In his spare time, Brian would try to find trucks and cars that were more toys, and make them run like new again, preferring Dodge models of the 70's. When he wasn't working on a vehicle, he would repair computers, create special effects on Photoshop, or try to do something new. Brian was always taking something apart, only to see how it works, then putting it back together to make it work better than before.

Brian is survived by his mom, Jean; daughter, Samantha; stepsons, Brian and Alex; his children's mom, Nicki; fiancé, Rashida, and her son, Patrick; aunt, JoAnn Goetze and her children, Vicky, Ricky and his wife, Mona, Gregg and his wife Kathy, Gary and his wife Sonya and other family members and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Larry in 2010. Brian will be dearly missed by all those who knew him. Arrangements have been entrusted to Brenny Funeral Chapel in Staples, MN.
