Bonnie Litke

Bonnie Marie Litke, 67, of Brainerd, passed away on December 8, 2023. Services will be held at 11:00am on Friday, December 15^th at the Holy Cross Church in Harding with Father Aaron Nett officiating. A visitation will be held from 9am to 11am.

Bonnie was born on March 5, 1956, to John and Frances (Bieganek) Litke in Little Falls, MN. She graduated from Pierz Healy High School in 1974 and went on to study computer programming at St. Cloud State University. She was united in marriage to Kimberly Lucken in 1979 at Holy Cross Catholic Church in Harding. The couple had one son, Ricky, and later divorced. Bonnie later married John Schiller. Bonnie worked bartending at Harding Liquor, Potlatch, and Nortech.

Bonnie enjoyed playing cribbage and doing puzzles. She played on the Harding softball and baseball teams. But most of all, she LOVED cheering on the Twins, Vikings, and all Minnesota sport teams. Bonnie was a friend to all. She enjoyed being with her friends and meeting new people. Above all else, she loved being at the family lake lot. She fought a tough battle with multiple cancers in the last 21 years and will be missed by all who knew her.

Bonnie is survived by her son, Ricky Lucken (Alexis Fiebing); brothers and sister, Terry (Carol) Litke, Mike (Joy) Litke, Gary (Lou) Litke, Lois (David) Britzius, Dennis (Diane) Litke, Glenn (Lori) Litke; grandchildren, Erika and Arieanna Ostrowski; many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the Brenny Family Funeral Chapel, Baxter.
