Blake Barker

Blake Barker, age 63, of Brainerd, passed away on January 16, 2025. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. 

Blake was born on September 16, 1961, to George and Ann (Eller) Barker in Onamia. Blake is survived by his children, Sadie (Jesse) Anderson, of Brainerd MN, and Travis (Pam) Barker, of St. Augusta MN; seven grandchildren, Caleb, Alex, Abigail, Madison, Austin, Michael and Vanessa; great granddaughter Adriana; siblings, Bret (Brenda), of Pierz MN, Bruce (Teri), of Brainerd MN, many nieces and nephews and former wife Pam. He is preceded in death by his parents; sister Bonita; and brothers Brian and Timothy. 

Blake was a “Jack of all trades” and worked a variety of jobs over the years before becoming disabled. He loved the outdoors. Blake enjoyed fishing, camping, four wheeling, riding motorcycles, woodworking, cooking, shooting pool, darts and watching the History & Discovery channels. Above all, Blake was a devoted family man. He loved spending time with his family and friends and will be missed by all who knew him. 

Arrangements have been entrusted to the Brenny Family Funeral Chapel, Baxter.
