Bernadine LaVonne LeMieux

Bernie went to her eternal rest on February 23, 2024.

Bernie’s life work was in hospitality. She was a chef for many years, followed by restaurant management and accounting. Bernie’s passion in life was photography. She would drive anywhere for that perfect shot. She was an avid reader, movie buff, and always had a family of cats.

Bernie is survived by her grandmother, Doris LeMieux; mother, Dolores LeMieux; sister, LaVonne Byrne; nieces, Melanie Thomas, BreAnne Haagenson, and Lauren LeMieux; and nephews, Kaleb and Brandon Byrne. She will be missed by many other relatives and friends.

Bernie was preceded in death by her father, Fred LeMieux, and brother, Scott LeMieux.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
