Barbara Boline

Barbara Boline, age 65, of rural Merrifield died Saturday, July 6, 2002 at her home. Funeral services will be Wednesday, July 10, 2:00 PM, at Brenny Funeral Chapel in Baxter. Friends may visit at the funeral home from 12-2:00 PM, prior to the service. Arrangements are with Brenny Funeral Chapel of Baxter.
Barbara Lord was born October 30, 1936 in Pontiac, Michigan to Hanley and Hermina (Sayan) Lord. She was married to David Boline on June 13, 1969 at Trinity Lutheran Church in Brainerd. Barbara worked as a telephone operator for Northwest Bell and then US West for more than 35 years. Following their retirement, she and David moved to rural Merrifield. She was widowed in 1997. A loving and giving woman, Barbara?s children and grandchildren were the light of her life. She also enjoyed flower gardening.

Barbara Boline is survived by two daughters Jena (Leon) Girard of Brainerd, and Jodi Boline of Minneapolis; a son Michael Boline of Andover; her father Hanley Lord of Brainerd; a sister Pat (Dwaine) Hollingsworth of Mission Twp; two grandsons Nathan and Andrew; and several nieces and nephews.
