Arthur Anderson

Arthur Anderson, age 92, of Pequot Lakes, passed away Tuesday, October 23 at St. Joseph's Medical Center in Brainerd. He was born May 14, 1915 in Pequot Lakes to Henry and Martha Alice (Widmark) Anderson. Art was born and raised on the family farm in rural Pequot Lakes where he worked all of his life. He was a member of Our Savior's Lutheran Church in Pequot Lakes.

He is survived by his siblings: Edna Ehlenfeldt of Brainerd, Alma Anderson of Dodge Center, MN, Adolph Anderson of Pequot Lakes, Ruth Griffin of Pequot Lakes, Arlene Walesch (Ken) of Anoka, David Anderson (Renee) of Pequot Lakes; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and sisters, Clara Aaker and Sally Hein.

Memorials are preferred in lieu of flowers and may be sent to Our Savior's Lutheran Church in Pequot Lakes.

Services will be 1 PM on Saturday, October 27 at Our Savior's Lutheran Church, Pequot Lakes, with Rev. Dr. David Stevens officiating. Burial will follow at Our Savior's Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday from 5 to 7 PM at Our Savior's Lutheran Church, and one hour prior to the service on Saturday. Arrangements are with Kline Funeral Home, Pine River.
