Arlyss Marshall

Arlyss Marshall, 77, of Pillager, MN passed away Monday, May 2, 2016 at the St. Cloud Hospital. Services for Arlyss will be at 11:00AM, Saturday, May 7, 2016 at the Casino Assembly of God Church near Pillager. Visitation will be from 5-7PM, Friday, May 6, 2016 at the church and also one hour prior to services. Interment will be at Bridgeman Cemetery.

She was born to Burt and Ruth (VanVickle) Richmond on June 30, 1938 in May Township, Cass County, Minnesota.
Arlyss was a sister to nine, a mother to seven, and grandmother to an endless number. She loved, she cared, and she gave of herself when she saw that she had what was needed. She enjoyed sewing, crocheting, and knitting. Many learned at her knee. If you left her home hungry, you only had yourself to blame. She resides in heaven with the two loves of her life, Jesus the Son of God, and Eugene Lawrence Marshall.

Arlyss is survived by her mother, Ruth Richmond; brothers, Walt Richmond, Herb Richmond, Ken Richmond, Ed Richmond, Daryl Richmond; sisters, Vivian Rosekrans, Gloria Rosekrans; children, Jean (Jack) Schwatka, Scott (Carol) Marshall, Karen (Fred) Miller, Donald (Vicki) Marshall, Kris Marshall, Ruth (Justin) Stevens; son in law, John Wiegert; grandchildren, George (Nani) Luna, Carl (Sarah) Wiegert, Kasey (Cara) Marshall, Shannon (Casey) Johns, Wesley Marshall, Beth (Daniel) Wutzke, Jennifer Marshall, Maeve (Logan) Johnson, Aiden Stevens; ten great grandchildren; infinite foster grandchildren and infinite nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, Burt Richmond; husband, Eugene Marshall; daughter, Renate Weigert; sister, Annise Richmond; brother, Wes Richmond; nephew, Kevin Richmond; niece, Cammie Rosekrans; son in law, George Luna; grandson, Tyrone Marshall. Arrangements have been entrusted to Brenny Funeral Chapel in Staples, MN.
