Anne Schoen, age 92, of East Gull Lake died Sunday, February 23, 2003 at her daughter?s home in Lakewood, Colorado. Anne Schoen was born April 5, 1910 in St. Paul, Minnesota to Peter and Theresa (Borcheller) Bachman. Anne grew up in the Black River Falls, Wisconsin area and was united in marriage to Henry Schoen in 1933. They raised their family on their farm near Neillsville, WI. She lived in the Black River Falls area until 1999 when she then moved to spend 6 months at a time with her one daughter on East Gull Lake in Brainerd, MN or other daughter in Lakewood, CO. Anne was involved with 4H throughout her life and was a member of the Jehovah Witnesses.
Anne is survived by her: 2 daughters; Joanne Anderson & husband Wallace of East Gull Lake, MN and Donna Dunkin of Lakewood, CO, 2 sons; Henry Schoen of Parkman, Wyoming and Randolph Schoen of Kingman, Arizona, 16 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great grandchild. Her parents, husband, 1 son, Gary, and one brother and sister preceded her in death.
Memorial graveside services are scheduled at a later date in Black River Falls, Wisconsin. Arrangements are by Brenny Funeral Chapel of Baxter.
